Every dollar donated provides food, clothing, toys, water, education, and hope.
Emergency Relief: Help a Family Rebuild After a Fire
A family has lost their home and all of their belongings in a devastating fire.
With $2,000, we can build a two-bedroom home and provide beds, mattresses, clothing, and essential necessities to help them start again.
Every donation makes an immediate impact.

We are fully volunteer-run — no salaries, no travel expenses.
Comité Cívico Argentino brings together the Argentine and Hispanic community to support children living in extreme poverty. Through food programs, school improvements, medical assistance, and emergency relief, we ensure that children have access to the essentials they need to survive — and the opportunities they deserve to thrive.
Current Campaign: Children of Tucumán
In the mountains of Tucumán, children walk nearly 15 km every day just to reach school. CCA is partnering with Merendero Tuty Fruty, a local soup kitchen, to provide food, clothing, school supplies, and clean water.
Every gift helps:
- $20 feeds a family for a week
- $50 buys shoes, coats, and clothing
- $100 provides essential school supplies
- $300 helps build water wells
- $1,000 feeds 600 children for two months
Our Impact
Because of your generosity, CCA has already:
- Donated wheelchairs to children in El Salvador
- Helped fund cleft palate surgeries in Ecuador
- Supported the construction of a school in rural Formosa, Argentina
- Delivered food and emergency supplies to families during COVID-19
- Created holiday joy with hundreds of toys for Christmas and Three Kings Day
- Responded with immediate support after floods in Bahía Blanca
- Fed thousands of children through local soup kitchens in Northern Argentina
Meet the Founder:
Lia Di Angelo
Born in Argentina, Lia has witnessed firsthand how devastating poverty can be, especially for children.
In 2015, she began asking for toys instead of birthday gifts — and a movement began.
By 2019, she founded Comité Cívico Argentino to expand that kindness into sustainable projects that change lives across continents.
Her passion has mobilized a volunteer army that continues to grow stronger each year.
